Core Competencies:

Preparation of 3D BIM Model: Proficient in creating detailed 3D BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using Autodesk Revit.
Parametric Family Creation: Ability to create and customize parametric Revit families to meet project and client specifications.
Revit Proficiency: Extensive knowledge in utilizing Revit features such as linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filters, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, view range tags, and other relevant tools for MEP modeling.
Collaborative Work: Competent in working on a central model, collaborating within element worksets, and adhering to LOD (Level of Development) standards ranging from LOD 100 to LOD 300.

Responsibilities:

MEP System Modeling: Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing fixtures, and more.
Coordination: Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design.
Parametric Family Development: Develop and customize parametric families for MEP components as needed to meet project requirements.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including floor-wise and wing-wise documentation with the application of filters for MEP systems.
Quantity Take-off: Assist in MEP quantity take-off and generate materials sheets and measurement documents.
Sheet Creation: Create and manage project sheets, ensuring accurate representation of MEP systems for construction and coordination purposes.
Model Updates: Keep the MEP BIM models up to date with any design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure interdisciplinary coordination.
Navisworks Familiarity: Possess preliminary knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in English.
