BIM Engineer - Civil - L2

Core Competencies:

1. Preparation of 3D BIM Model: Proficient in creating detailed 3D BIM models for Architecture and Structure Workset using Autodesk Revit.
2. Parametric Family Creation: Ability to create and customize parametric Revit families to meet project and client specifications.
3. Revit Proficiency: Extensive knowledge in utilizing Revit features such as linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filters, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, view range tags, and other relevant tools for MEP modeling.
4. Collaborative Work: Competent in working on a central model, collaborating within element worksets, and adhering to LOD (Level of Development) standards ranging from LOD 100 to LOD 300.

Responsibilities:

1. Structure System Modeling: Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of all strcuture elements and family.
2. Architecture System Modeling: Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of all Architetcural elements and family.
3. Coordination: Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of model in the overall building design.
4. Parametric Family Development: Develop and customize parametric families for ARch and Str Model components as needed to meet project requirements.
5. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including floor-wise and wing-wise documentation with the application of filters for ARCH and Structure systems.
6. Quantity Take-off: Quantity take-off and generate materials sheets and measurement documents.
7. Sheet Creation: Create and manage project sheets, ensuring accurate representation for construction and coordination purposes.
8. Model Updates: Keep the BIM models up to date with any design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure interdisciplinary coordination.
10. Navisworks Familiarity: Possess preliminary knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

Software Skills with Good Experience:

3. MS Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in BE/Diploma Civil with Work Experience or Architetcure or , or related field.
• Proficiency in English.

• Technical Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest advancements in MEP technology and BIM methodologies.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
